CRM-system was set into commercial operation in Holding Company “Blitz-Inform”

In September, 2007 the CRM-system was set into commercial operation in Holding Company “Blitz-Inform” (Management direction on advertisement sales).
The following business-scripts are realized:
-    telemarketing:
  • preparation of campaign;
  • realization of campaign;
  • management of the calling list;
  • preparation of the list;
  • agents’ management;
  • end of contact.
-    teleselling:
  • outgoing contacts;
  • incoming contacts.
The following functionalities are accessible to users during execution of business-scripts:
-          analytics:
  • analytics of the interaction center;
  • analytics of clients; 
  • marketing analytics;
  • analytics of sales.
-          marketing:
  • the tasks management;
  • the automated marketing campaigns;
  • management of potential opportunities;
- selling;
- the interaction center.
 
Three program systems - Oltp-system - SAP ERP, the multivariate system - SAP BW and integrated solution SAP CRM have been involved for the solution’s implementation, and also has been solved a problem of integration of all systems with branch solution SAP for Media.
The implementation purposes were:
-          increase of advertisers’ number and amounts of advertising replacement;
-          increase of competitiveness of HC "Blitz-inform";
-          effective returning of investments and authentic financial planning of media-projects;
-          accumulation of the full and qualitative information about advertisers.
 
The absolute project success has been predicted owing to the active business position of representatives of Management direction on advertisement sales, the consultants’ professionalism of Soft-Rating Consult Company and to observance of SAP implementation methodology by top management of "Blitz-Inform".
