Soft-Rating Consult under subcontract took part in implementation of Human Resources Management System in Prominvestbank

Soft-Rating Consult under subcontract took part in implementation of Human Resources Management System in Prominvestbank, which have made agreement with the contractor company CONIM.

Sphere of responsibility of Soft-Rating Consult included basic works, in particular construction of system landscape for placing of SAP HCM in Prominvestbank, involving such systems:

• SAP ERP 6.0
• SAP Solution Manager 7 ;
• SAP BI based on SAP NetWeaver;
• SAP Portal based on SAP NetWeaver;
• SAP Talent Visualization by Nakisa 3.0;
• SAP Business Objects XI 3.1, SAP BO Integration package for SAP;
• SAP E-Recruiting integrated with SAP ERP;
• SAP TREX 7.1.

Soft-Rating Consult also performs the task of setting up the SAP E-Recruiting, component of SAP HCM solution.

Timeliness of implementation of applicant administration by SAP E-Recruiting in Prominvestbank predefined by the necessity of receipt of effective tool for optimization of staff recruitment management and formation of qualified personnel reserve, and also by the necessity of reduction of time and efforts to find most suitable candidates for vacancies from the circle of external and full-time job seekers.

SAP E-Recruiting optimizes co-operation between the personnel department, departments which need employees, and candidates. Line manager can monitor and, if necessary, modifyfor obtaining the vacant staff positions in his department at all stages:

    • the process of selection of candidates
    • Creation and approval of request for the search of new candidate;
    • Disclosure of internal and external resources (internal company website, web-job-sites, recruitment agencies);
    • The application responses processing, analysis of resume, qualification data and reference letters, candidate’s documents
    • Preselection
    • Interview, estimation
    • Formation of job offer
    • Closing of vacancy

Advantage of E-Recruiting is a significant reduction of costs on processing and selection of professional candidate for vacant position, decline of probability of unsuccessful choice, as a result of usage of flexible evaluation tools and ranking productivity and effectiveness of recruiters’ work. Realization of e-recruitment in Prominvestbank is the first implementation of SAP E-Recruiting in Ukraine, integrated with enterprise systems SAP HCM and SAP Enterprise Portal.

Consequently, the purpose of SAP ERP HCM components implementation is the most automation of tasks of personnel department of the bank: management of the personal data of employees, staff recruitment (recruiting), formation of personnel reserve, maintenance of personnel training, documentation processing and management of costs on personnel.

Besides of this, we planned to create portal services, such as self-service of employees and managers, e-learning, staff development and recruitment, data mapping and construction of analytical reporting using SAP BusinessObjects.

SAP solutions with such extended functionality will be implemented for the first time in Ukraine. The project is at the conceptual design stage and its implementation will begin since October.

Oleksij Petrov, Director of Human Resources Department, said that implementation of SAP ERP HCM allows to build HR processes in Prominvestbank according to international standards using the best practices of large companies, thus achieving a fundamentally new level of management of main business of the bank.
